Not really, I don't have plan to ever return to China...it's just too crowded, too polluted and the society too toxic to enjoy as a tourist. There's enough interesting people, culture and natural sceneries in the world for me to see and enjoy anyway.

我想请问老师，如果希特勒当年并没有侵略其他国家，而只是在德国内部干着这所有一切坏事，那是不是他就不会受到任何惩罚？因为没有外部的势力有动力去阻止希特勒，毕竟这会侵犯德国的主权。就像今天很多极权国家在本国欺压国民，并没有任何外来组织会做什么，最多也就是谴责。那么今天也就不会有战争罪和种族灭绝罪这么一说了。您怎么看呢？

Unfortunately, today's international norm of nation states, as proscribed in UN charter, each nation has its own sovereignty regardless of its own form of government. It is really up to the people of each nation to determine their own fate, except when there is a war between the nations, as in the case of WW2.
