I made this ice-cream with Malai instead of fresh cream.. Only additional step is that after setting it in freezer for 8 hrs, I blended it in mixer again to get smooth, fine consistency.. Taste-wise, it was awesome ❤️👍

Hi yaman, I tried out this recipe and it went awesome. But i faced 1 problem - I didn't get the star whipping cream, hence i used the amul fresh cream in making your ice cream. I got some ice crystals in my recipe and the cream didn't thickened after beating for 10 minutes above the container containg the ice cubes. But still it was really good..
