Why do you call this a technology? I am just amazed at the statement “after America, and Europe, Pakistan is prominent”. What was so big deal here? The government funded entity come up with something which Pakistani farmers knew since the Harappa civilization. Few years ago, I visited Israel and was shocked to see green fields and horticulture in Israel where once was desert--that is called technology?
