The film stars Dhruv Vikram in his acting debut and Banita Sandhu in her Tamil debut, while Priya Anand appears in a supporting role. A remake of the Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017) directed by Sandeep Vanga, it follows Dhruv, playing the titular character Adithya Varma, a high-functioning alcoholic surgeon who has anger management problems. He pushes himself to a self-destructive path after the marriage of his girlfriend Meera; following which focuses on his downfall and subsequent resurgence.

Basically, the whole pemise of this video was Adi returning with courage to talk to his girl that he loved for years, at first she immediately denies and tells him to leave but then learning how things were for him about how rough and self destructive he became and his redemption. She still refused until she stopped him from leaving to then telll how her life was without and that the child was Adi's to begin with (i mean for 100s and 100s of times, they were making love in the bed [if ya know ya know]). And they soon had officially fixed their relationship . They get married and have their child months later. This is so wholesome and I love it

In this whole movie, I feel like Meera as a character in this movie, was portrayed as timid, clingy and dumb. He gave her 6 hours only. This proves what is her worth to him.
