N*Gen SOIL episode

In this episode of N*Gen we are investigating the mucky, marvellous substance we call soil. We learn what topsoil is and all about soil conservation, which is how we can keep soil in the right condition for farming. We’re going to meet the farmer’s best friend: the humble worm. Worms keep the soil just right for plants to grow, by adding the gasses and nutrients which make plants grow. That’s why worms are essential for all life on Earth. Waggly Worm also reminds us of how we can be good scientists, by not being afraid to make mistakes in our experiments and investigations.
