• Dried red chillis- 2
• Bay leaves- 2
• Five spices- 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
• Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
• Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
• Salt- 2 tsp
• Cloves- 2
• Cardamom- 2
• Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
• Water- 2 glasses
• Ghee- 1 tsp
