コメントありがとうございます。 具体的な原因はわかりませんが研ぎ作業のどこかしらに原因があると思います。 1.表面の刃にしっかりと鋭い刃を付ける。 2.正しい裏研ぎのやり方で、しっかりと裏刃のラインを付ける。 この2つが研ぎ作業で特に重要です。 Thank you for your comment. I don't know the specific cause, but I think the cause is somewhere in the sharpening work. 1. Attach a sharp edge to the surface of the blade. 2. Using the correct method of sharpening the back, make a firm line on the back of the blade. These two things are especially important during sharpening work.
