I don't think that Dutch or other European citizens are to Blame for whatever way they felt like living ! Being confined in one of the worst affected cities in India Mumbai, this is my own opinion !

Your opinion is not justified. People should obey lockdown and take proper precaution to prevent the spread and death rate. Myself is a doctor...i saw / see the suffering of patients. The disease willl be in control only when these ignorant people will realize the importance of the precautions.
