Neelangarai is coming under Coastal Regulation Zone and however no one will construct duly following the Building Rules prescribed for CRZ. In this area, buildings should be constructed at the maximum of 30 feet height. Now Politicians / Actors constructed their houses without following any rules prescribed under Coastal Regulation zones.In other words, Rule makers and Actors advising the general public are Rule Breakers and shortly Neelangarai would become congested Area.
