Very useful advice. I follow this. Doing meditation for about 40 minutes and do some yoga posture in the morning mindfully are very helpful. Walking is most important as suggested by you. Also, resting now and then is essential. While resting one can do reading.I am 72 now and try to be fit

Rest - Walk - Sprint Long walk is healthy. Short sprint is healthy to get emergency work done.
