Today came with a traditional snack recipe. Kunji Kalathappam. It's a traditional sweet recipe from North kerala. Malabar.
Banana 1
Raw rice 1 cup
Scrapped coconut 2 Tbsp
Cooked rice 2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
cardamom 3
water 1 cup
coconut pieces and shallots
sugar 1 Tbsp
Jaggery powder 1.5 cup
water 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Healthy snack recipe. Perfect for snacks box for kids.
