it does from time to time, but it's already had it's day in the sun. One of the things with House Music is it's also always on the cutting edge, so many dj's only want stuff that hasn't been made mainstream or been made popular by other dj's.

Obviously copied most of the idea's in this track from Suendo Latino, the 80's classic.
@jaimebondoza37103 ай бұрын
I mean let's be fair, nobody complains about sueño latino "copying" manuel göttsching. It's just a trancey arpeggio there's only so many things you can do with a pad a gate and some knobs lmao
@jaimebondoza37103 ай бұрын
Actually manuel göttsching was so stoked about his idea being "copied" that they went and collaborated with em on the 'winter version' kzbin.info/www/bejne/bn_ZfGljg9ell7M

@@jaimebondoza3710 It (this track), has a very similar intro, and very similar rising arpeggio before the bassline comes in. I was just pointing this out, and not suggesting that Sueno Latino, or indeed ANY, dance track from the 80's wasn't borrowing from earlier music. Nobody makes music without hearing other earlier music, so everyone is influenced in some way by what they have previously heard. The 1989 version did use 'new' instruments that were not around when the original e2-e4 version was made, thus making it different. I know it sampled parts of e2-e4, but added the vocal and acid influence.
