Bali has lost his soul. The mass tourism has brought prosperity but it has also destroyed all the traditions, authenticity and the pride of simple things. There is too many artificial attractions. Too many tourist oriented menus in restaurants. I understand the people there and the fact of not wanting to be a rice farmer. In the other and I don't understand the tourist going to bali to eat eggs benedict and avocado toast. Or this pink sunglasses of the instagram photo. A beautiful place from one direction and an open dumpster on the other. Bali is beautiful and the people are very nice. I find a pity the over exploitation of the island.
