نظرية النقل الإجتماعي : هيربرت مارشال

في نظرية النقل الإجتماعي يرى هيربرت مارشال Herbert Marshall مؤسس هذه النظرية سنة 1960م أن تشكل المجتمع و إستمراره يعتمد بشكل أساسي على كيفت نقل الأفكار و القيم للأجيال والطرق التي نعتمد عليها
و قد نظر مارشال لهذا على أنه جزء من الحراك الإجتماعي الذي هو حسب فكره جهود فردية و جماعية ينتقل فيها عبر الطبقات الإجتماعية
.فالجهود الفردية : مثل التخرج من الجامعة و الحصول على عمل يحسن وضعية الفرد

In the theory of social transmission, Herbert Marshall, the founder of this theory in 1960, believes that the formation and continuity of society fundamentally depend on how ideas and values are transmitted to generations and the methods we rely on. Marshall considered this as part of social mobility, which, according to his view, involves individual and collective efforts that enable movement across social classes.
