The planet that froze is not Earth, that is an exoplanet, at the beginning of the pilot it was clearly stated

Also in this episode we can see the famous color scheme Uzi has the color purple which symbolizes creativity and pride, N, J and V in N's flashback have the color white which means purity and innocence alluding to the fact that those are their purer versions and later when they are murder drones they have the yellow color that represents illness, danger and fear which in turn represents Cyn especially in the scene in chapter 2 where she appears for the first time in N's memories.

There is so much hidden stuff it is crazy. This dron in pile of corpses that wake up. On his screen in like one or two frames was a message. Something like Cyn: I dont leave you.

Uzi calls N Cute but then calls him weird for the shame and also describe her as tall not for her obvios crush but yes by the fact than she is short and there is a joke or more about it in every episode

(Yes I know I’m 4 months late) I honestly think Khan (Mr.Doorman/Uzi’s Dad) gets a bit too much hate! He’s actually my 4th favourite Character…and is an amazing character… The reason he’s my 4th favourite is cause he’s first shown as a bad dad…but then he started to have an character arc/character development…he’s just an amazing character and is better then Uzi (in my opinion)…and he’s (for me) beaten so many characters to be in my Top 5…originally he was like C tier but now he’s in S tier…(I gave N is own tier above S tier)… Like my Top 5 Favourite Murder Drones Characters are: 1:N 2:V 3:J 4:Khan 5:Uzi

So this all started with the absolute solver program and how it's like a sentient AI that takes hosts in other robots that have their own sentience and can take control rewrite memories ect ect and syn who Is seemingly patient zero of the absolute solver but syn was also a rebuilt dumpster drone . . . Which leads to the warnings about dead robots and corrupting AI in the zombie drones tape from the campsite I'm guessing that at a certain point syn killed and/or infected the other drones because that might just be part of her programming to reproduce for survival along with making the host immortal as long as parts can be replaced because without that it seems you need to have a full backup of yourself and a new body for coming back or at least I'm guessing that's what Tessa did with her best pal j to have them come together to the exoplanet earlier after j already died there but yeah so humans hate syn (ab solver) cause rogue ai that can't be controlled syn hates humans cause they belittle AI and want to enslave and harm them drones hate syn cause she enslaves them and uses them to reproduce humans hate drones cause anyone of them could be secretly hiding sin inside and well get to more details in episode six about how bad sin is how she got off planet why certain families have her in their digital dna

Tessa or her family seemed to have been practicing dark magic (seen in Tessa’s room) to get as big as they were but it summoned/created the Absolute Solver in the process which took control of Cyn and other deactivated drones from the dumping ground. I have a feeling Nanites also play a bigger role in this (microscopic versions are what create the acid but with Absolute Solver they are building themselves into these cockroach versions we see all over)
