Jem哥，請賜教。份工做左8年，升過兩次職做緊Assistant marketing manager 位，上司人好老闆都好，我工作表現唔錯交到功課，但就硬係將我投閒置散，亦沉悶冇咩满足感，想走但人大左冇咩動力，再留係度三五年都得，但就會鬥志磨滅，點算好....🙏

I have been working in the same company for more than 15 years, got pay raises before. I don't think the company allows me to retire there which may take another 10 years. My boss indirectly criticized me several times and gave me minor tasks. My boss kept trying to say that i am not good enough. At the end, I left the company. The new company values me. I want to know if it's my problem or the 1st company's problem?

I believe there shouldn't be this problem if you've been working at this company since day one. It's just that during the collaboration process, certain things happened/everyone's values started to change, which led to the final result. Regardless of whether it's your problem or the company's, it's in the past now. The most important thing is the present!

@@jemchoiamazingrecruitment i understand what you mean.However, I thought I would be able to retire in my previous company. I kept questioning myself for months and continue to reflect on the situation before and after I found my new job.
