कम से कम तीन जनरेशन पहले की पुरी जानकारी, माता-पिता के नाम उनके बच्चों के नाम, उनके निवास स्थान की जानकारी, व्यवसाय तथा नौकरी इत्यादि की जानकारी, जो दे सकते हैं, उनको अलग निकाल कर, बाकी बचे हुए के नागरिकता के हक़ को लेकर संदिग्धता का प्रमाण पत्र देना चाहिए (उनके नागरिकता के हक़ पर रोक लगनी चाहिए) और जो पुरी जानकारी देते है उनकी जानकारी के हिसाब से ही (क्रॉस चेकिंग के बाद) उनको नागरिकता देनी चाहिए।
