Great lecture. Although im an Anglican and our church keeps the 40 day easter feast and the sermon on easter sunday are about the hope of the ressurection. So im not entirely sure what sort of Anglican chrurches he means.

Excellent distinction. It’s not about heaven and hell. It’s about life and death. Heaven and hell are locations. Life OR death is the choice God has laid out before us. This is laid out all over the Bible. For starters, study Deut. 30.

I lost my faith because I feel no justice in the world and I see no fight for the innocent. But, this is not right. Peter, the holder of the keys, explains that JC goes to hell to retrieve savable souls. JC himself says to the thief he will be in paradise with him later in the day. It's almost as God only gets things right in the new creation that the lecturer reads in Paul. But Paul did not meet JC and to believe in the second creation means that God got it wrong the first time.

The dead in Christ will be "sleeping" in Christ, between their first death and the resurrection -- look this up for yourself. Also while investigating this topic, note that the Bible teaches the first death, followed by the first resurrection. And those not saved will come up later in a second resurrection, to then be judged and sent to their second - permanent - death. These are all taught clearly in Daniel and then in the New Testament.

I fully expect that the Lord will come for me shortly BEFORE my body dies. I am heart, soul, mind and a wholeness born of His spirit. I shall never taste of death. My body will later be recovered in some way I don't understand. I suppose there is a bit of DNA somewhere. If not found, perhaps it is recorded. But this I know: the Word of God is true. Light sprang forth when the spirit brooded over the sea (mar?) All things are created of the Word and by the Word. There would come a day when the spirit brooded over the virgin Mary. We know Jesus Christ our Lord was "conceived by the Holy Spirit." The way of life is a journey with several legs. John Baptist came to prepare the way--cutting down trees, pulling the stumps, leveling thd ground, and sealing with pavement. Mark is מערה, a preparation of the heart. In this last year of teaching, Mark holds the class notes of a beginner, one of the other 70. The first 70 are learning fhe faith of "God with us." Once you have accepted the spirit of the son, you need go on to the second leg of the journey as did Moses in Exodus 33. The spirit of God who raised of Jesus from the dead must be with us in righteousness. David would call this a second quickening. Mat'theou or מאתו means Emanuel, God with us. Should we go on to the third leg of the journey, we will be understanding holiness. This "latter" portion of faith is properly called לוק. Latter does not mean last. Moses shows the pattern of all things in the tabernacle. Three courts lead to the mercy seat, the throne of Christ. Our journey has now brought quickenings of heart, soul and mind. But Behold! The Lord our God is ONE. We are on this journey because our purpose is the response of our heart to "Seek my face." The ark is just before us. Cherubim wings cover his face. I'm certain there were other peoples so polluted that there was no option other than destruction with a small remnant. Few there are who continue their journey. There must be Sons of God able to rule. If God tarries, will I be sleeping? I don't think so. For reasons of perfect love, God includes some disciples among the elohim. ▪︎. That this young man had so little time to grow and bless his family is tragic to us. I'm sorry they have this pain.

@@Triumph_of_the_Sky the physical glorified bodily resurrection is a false teaching and false hope, Jesus was physically resurrected to prove he is messiah yet they body he was resurrected in what the same that was buried which is why he went at lengths to show his wounds in his hands feet and side, when Jesus ascended he was glorified this is the true change he returned to the glory he once had which is spirit, modern Christian want us to believe we will live on earth forever in new glorified bodies this is not what is taught in the scriptures nor what the resurrection is about.

@ yeah except “seeing dimly” which you quoted out of context doesn’t make the case for you, if you are in Christ you should not be seeing dimly, in its proper context those who saw dimly were those under the old covenant for they only saw in part until the revelation of Jesus Christ and the gospel of the kingdom went out. As I said before it’s false and if you’re going to try to correct and encourage someone I suggest you study the Bible more and make sure you don’t encourage them to believe something FALSE!
