Its very sad that a grown adult is telling a bunch of 14-15 year olds to go on a diet. They aren't even fat. Everyone benefits from some strength training, but strict dieting can lead to disordered eating that is going to stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Ms. Winnie, I have to disagree with you because Caitlin, Vici and especially Crystal are all on the chubby side and needs to go on a diet. Anorexia which Karen Carpenter had take years to develop and there is little risk these girls will fall into that trap!

@@kitchenhelper802 I won't say Caitlin and Vici are fat but Crystal is definately fat and chubby and needs to go on a diet!! Eric Kwok should replace her with Aster to remove all the fat elements from the Group 👍
