I believe I was at the grade crossing on Sunday in the shot at 2:46 filming with a group of other people. That farm with all the cows looks too familiar, and it HAS to be the spot near the bottom of Linden Hill where we were lucky enough to catch her before she almost stalled just a couple miles up the road. There is no other explanation. Excellent job getting the nice broad shots of the countryside, by the way! Love it! :)

I believe you are correct! The locationat 2:46 is a few miles prior to the crest of the Linden hill, as you can see the train is moving considerably slower than in the previous shot.

Nice job Joe! I see you found some great locations. Permission must have been obtained for at least the shot from the farm. I know exactly where that is as I was there in 2015. Thanks for sharing.

Jason, you are the master! I worry that those cows were so spooked that they stopped giving milk for a while. Obviously, NS needs to keep running these trips so that the livestock will get used to it! If I may make a suggestion, how about getting enough ahead of a crossing to catch the Doppler-effect of the whistle? Just a thought; your work is tops!
