The very last question that the attorney answered was completely incorrect. He said he hasn't received anything since the petition was approved in May 2012. His priority date is December 2012. Currently, NVC is working on the March 2008 dates for sending a welcome letter, so he has 3.5 years before he receives an email from NVC saying to pay all necessary fees and stuff.
