They should interview his complete family members. Then only we will come to know how they suffered because of his immaturity. He himself does not have clear vision or achieved something. What he will train to others. There may be lot of bad things in corporate, but a corporate only can change an individual's financial position. Pressure is there in corporate. Try to manage there until you can and come out when you got saturated. When you are coming out, at that time you had a huge corpus in your hands if you made the right financial investments. I have paddy cultivation experience from age 10 to 25 in Tanjai delta, in my experience you can't survive with the agri revenue maximum you may get 2 yields for a whole year. No other crops(panapayir) not possible in cauvery Delta becuase the soil clay. above is only applicable for cauvery delta, for other dist i have no idea.

I'm not a fan of leadership classes but one should understand that those leadership classes is nothing but how to console you to accomodate the corporate pressure which ruins your natural lifestyle...
