要达到绝对的存在需要修行,世上有很多不同的修行方式,比如佛教/瑜伽/基督教/道教,等等。很多修行法门的内核都是一致的,需要勇敢尝试并且坚持练习(不仅仅是头脑层面的理解,还需要改变生活方式)。我个人修习奉爱瑜伽(Bhakti Yoga),日常练习包括读书(核心书籍是Bhagavad-Gita as it is,中文名“薄伽梵歌”),冥想(mantra meditation),服务他人(service),以及与其他修行者建立联系(association)从而共同进步。其中association最为重要,与志同道合的人建立联系可以自动获得其他三个方面的进步。在Bhagavad-Gita as it is一书中对有关绝对存在的知识以及如何到达都有非常精准的描述。
