Best time to visit Taiwan is after Oct 15 to Nov 30 or Mar and April, no typhoon, cool weather, few rainy days and all schools have open. Stay in Taoyuan city is much cheaper and near to railway station. Travel in commuter trains which are cheap and can reach anywhere in Taiwan. West coast rail lines to see housing and factories. East coast rail lines to see sceneries.
泰国驾照可以在马来西亚通用: Pursuant to Section 28 of APJ 1987, the holder of a foreign country’s driving license can drive in this country as long as the foreign domestic driving license is still valid, and is accompanied by a translation in English or Malay (where the license is in a language other than English or Malay) 但因Max已经是大马女婿,建议还是去考个马来西亚驾照。
There is a gap in my understanding the culture of giving wedding red envelope to bride and groom. Why 中国人 describe the monetary gift (wedding red envelope) as 人情? 人情 sounds to me like duty of maintaining good relationship or giving face. My understanding or education is that wedding red envelope represents "given out of good wishes with compassion and blessing to the bride and groom". It has nothing to do with 人情, just compersion as one sees others being happy and joyful. Have I been wrong the whole time for years? OR I misunderstood the 人情 Max mentioned here. If yes, could someone explain to me the context of 人情?

Maybe it's just a word his dialect, we don't call the red envelope 人情 in Jiangsu. We say 出礼.
