You all want to get good. Open your paddle face hit the bottom of the ball with your paddle open, and swing goes straight with the wrist go forward and up. You have to hit solid with your paddle open and going straight hard and go up with it. If you open your Paddle and swing with straight with your paddle open and hit the bottom of the ball, your ball will go up a little fly fast and have lots off spin, but it will not come back, but if you go up with the wrist after your swing goes forward the ball will come back to the table because of the spin. You also need to move your feet together and keep your body square to the table or you will not be able to hit your backhand or your forehand when you have to change. Basiclly all you have to do is start with paddle face open, hit with wrist not body not elbow, go straight with wrist then go up in the same motion and you will have great spin and Kick. If your body alignment is bad you will not be able to switch from backhand to forehand everything is important this game is fast and if you dont think and play right you will have a very disapointing 2024 Olimpics.
