The problem with the solos is that they arent offered in the 15deg. For some, the 10degs might be too low and the 20degs might be too high.

@@elmeradams8781 That was the idea. I've had the 15deg Squat Wedge for a few weeks now and felt confident in making the jump up to the 20deg wedge solos....they should here Tuesday! Cant wait!

@@mathtcha I just made a pair of the 20° squat wedges for snap fitness. My design was a little simpler, but it turned out awesome. I made it for them for free (Our great and merciful Gouverneur Ducy almost put all the gyms out of business, got to support gyms however I can).

I just went and bought individual squat wedges Instead of a slant board as I was inspired by the guidance in the video . Thankyou ! Just wondering when the guy in the red T-shirt is standing on the wedges or the slant board , why is his toes off and touching the floor ? Is this a better or safer position to be in?
