Happy Birthday Joel, Bro we're getting old Buddy lol I turned 51 in April. Man I got back into working out at my old High School with my old Football fitness coach. He's 70 years old and still benching 315 lol so it motivates us old guys that lift with him. Im feeling great. I love the video man, i have a 26x30 garage that Ive been working on for the past 2 years and its never finished. Its always something, but keep grinding bro, thanks for sharing
