I'm a super skinny dude slightly older than Neon and I just started going to the gym too to gain weight. I've been working on my arms, back, shoulders and chest but I also need to incorporate leg workouts too. I also need to find a workout program I like. The eating aspect is hard though because a lot of food items upset my stomach and I have to go to the toilet plus all the added expenses and costs but I've been drinking protein shakes now to add extra calories. I've been extremely skinny in all my 20 years and I'm looking forward to the transformations along this journey and gym arc.
