ニンテンドウ64で出た3つのエポック社の「ドラえもん」ゲームは、1（のび太と3つの精霊石）がロコモティブ社、2（のび太と光の神殿）がブレインスミス社、そして本作3が主に3DSまでの任天堂機のスーパーロボット大戦を作って来たエーアイ社と、全て開発会社（下請け）が異なっているのが面白いです。 ちなみに、ドラえもんの1がエポック社初の64ソフト、本作3がエポック社最後の64ソフトというのも面白いです。
