1M Credits, Troll "RNG" Store and Packs! | The NOOB Guide Ep4 | Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

This is the NOOB guide for those who want to learn how to best unlock your weapons via the RNG store. I saved up 1M credits, spend it and show you how you should be spending yours. Noob!
These are the types of packs you can unlock:
Recruit Packs, Veteran Packs, Spectre Packs, Premium Spectre Packs
The RNG Store allows you to:
Unlocking Weapons, Common weapon types, Uncommon weapon types, Rares, Rare weapon types, Ultra Rares, Ultra Rare Weapon types.
This is knowledge for the multiplayer portion of ME3, Mass Effect 3. You can use this insight in all of the difficulties including Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. This is a series dedicated to help you know how to get better at understanding every aspect of this game as possible

Since Jumbo Equipment packs came out now, if you need some emergency medi-gel you can play a silver match. If you fully extract, you can get a jumbo pack with 2k credits left over and it'll always give you 5 cobras/thermals/op packs/medigels. Then the rest is level 1-2 equipment with a chance of level 3 amps/ammo. Most of the time, depending on how you and your team plays silver, you most likely wont need to gel and it'll hold you over for a while.

Most of those veteran cards you were getting in spectre packs you complained about were consumables so you will always get them regardless of getting them before. Just saying.

Hey man good work, I play on silver but have most of the ultra rare weapons.... Is it worth to buy this veteran packs ? Because I only buy the premium and spectre packs since I started playing this game but none of my weapons are Lv 10......

huh.. so basically this noob guide so far is ep 1 and 2 is play a few games lol ep 3 is info and episode 4 is basically play for a month.. i get in maybe 20 games a week of mix bronze and silver.. no way im getting 1m credits any time soon so after this ep nothing applies to me since there is a significant difference in character xp and weapon/mod/gear thats a shame

Not really... Playing only bronze games, you get minimum of 15 000 cred per game (without even extracting if you get to wave 9 and complete all 3 objectives), so in a week you'll get around 450 000 credits bare minumum. You shouldnt have any problem collecting 1M creds in less than 1-2 weeks with mix of bronze and silver gameplay...

i played alone so they weren't anywhere near perfect runs or even finishing every game ya know? lol love the game and the guide was awesome, but for me.. no items no good weapons no friends with those good weapons just everyone in a random queue.. i didn't earn that much. Either way I'm just super hyped for Andromeda :P Only ended up playing for a week or so before work caught up with me, but thanks for replying.. I may get back into it and try to stick to the guide to get ready for it. Thanks again

Seriously can't wait for Mass Effect: Andromeda and find out how they'll handle maps. I hope in regards to level design that it is more like Dragon Age: Inquisition.

I maxed out rare on PS3 and it took me 900hrs just to get 1 black widow and 1 hurricane. Switched to PC and I got it from my very first 99k pack.

Not sure if they have changed something, but Spectre packs are about pointless now. I never get anything good in them, it always trolls me with ammo and nothing decent. Every premium pack I've opened though has had at least two rares and the better guns/characters. I get nothing in Spectre packs.

You do know PSP's always have 2 rares right? And its just your luck, i've gotten some amazing stuff in Spectre's. Such as my Harrier.

Easiest thing on earth. Don't spend money, and it will stack LOL. Seriously, it depends on how you manage the game. Play carefully and don't spend too much money unless you run short of necessary consumables (ammo, healing). One or two Spectre packs every 2-3 matches on Gold, and you reach a million without you knowing it. I farmed 1M credits in roughly 3 days, playing Gold an hour or so every day. It's really not that hard, but it depends on how you manage your bank account, no matter the difficulty level you play. Now I have a 4M cushion that I let sleep, and I just shop when I need it. Buying only the stuff you need and using characters smartly is the best way to make good use of your gear (ie, using the ammo you have the most in stock so you don't need to spend money after each match). Any credits you save from spending get you closer to the million.

...I bought mostly Premiums when I started out...took a lot of bronze matches to buy one Premium...in hindsight, not very efficient. Got plenty of gold cards though.

My Harrier is a level 3. So I saved up 10m credits and deleted all the DLC except Rebellion, spent them, not one Harrier. I leveled up some other UR weapons I don't give a shit about but not a single Harrier. This is the worst RNG ever. lol.

I definitely will play on platinum after i finished my rare grind with spectre packs(60k and yeah ppl after veteran there is not the 99 ks who you should buy its the 60k, and listen to him you noobs or stay dumb buy the 99k packs i still buy veteran packs for consumables and gear and i play gold regulary sorry but i am not a beginner even when its a long journey to get full pro in case of the grinds and get common with ps3 after the pc version)

I have already unlocked all of my Veteran pack stuff. What do you think about Premium vs regular Spectre packs? I have been doing all Spectre packs but I have trouble unlocking new characters and stuff I often times get character cards or cards to upgrade weapons its frusterating actually lol

How would you recommend spending money if you had been playing since launch, but took a break when gear and the extra uncommon stuff came out? I have all the silver and gold from the normal game but none of the stuff from the dlc like gear and the urares.

Good buyers guide. I pretty much figured out the same for myself after buying some SP's and PSP's getting stuck with lvl 1 Ultra rare guns that I hardly use or wouldn't even consider for I have better Uncommon options. The thing is though, now I play only gold and all my Com, Uncoms and rare have been maxed out and I still need about 150-160 Ultra rare cards to max out my ultra's. However most of the time when I get an UR card from a PSP it's an IV Equipment card.. any tips on this one? Should I do 3 SP's instead of 2 PSP's? Would that help?

+Stephen Williams I feel your pain. Over 700hrs as well and while I have all characters and rare weapons maxed my UR weapons are pathetic. I deleted all the multiplayer DLC except Rebellion to level up my Harrier, spent 10m credits and got not a single one. It's still rank 3. RNG is horse shit. lol. If you're on 360 we can try to conquer the troll store together. lol.

I've got the Kroguard but RNJesus never gives me any shotgun amps, only snipers and SMGs. Fuck my life. If you're desperate, you could try saving up credits then uninstall all of the multiplayer DLC except for Resurgence (the one with the krogan vanguard), spam regular spectre packs, and hope the gods favor you.
