Thats why I tend to tell people to mute the complainers, or simply try to uphold the team together. Normally it works but sometimes people whine like a bitch and its just something we need to cope with. My best suggestion is to diffuse the situation by making jokes, bringing up the morale, and if its an argument try to make both sides happy so the team morale wont die. Good point Bloo

Versace Seal Different countries have varying amounts of communication. East EU is your core toxic base with screaming KURWA BLYAT CYKA SHAT DE FAK UP NOOB UNINSTALL+ hypocrisy+ uncooperative kiddies and people who actually scream at you for communicating in normal situations, never blaming themselves, only others. With the lobbies split into 2 different languages half the time and by gh you already have them screaming EZ EZ EZ or REPORT WH AIM. I do have East friends who are nice but I feel its because I played good. West EU has a much stronger tendency to be friendly, actual communication and just a lot more orderly. Sometimes I think it might be the Silver grind that creates salt, shit players, more toxic players, EU is the hardest place to MM in so many ways, but the moments I get that are good it becomes the most fun I have. CSGO is very momentum based and requires a team motive, it kills you with these people man and can make you hate yourself. Just be glad you aren't the 3rd world of MM, NA.

Played a game the other day against a full clan stack and we were getting crushed in the first few rounds and everything went quiet. That kind of despondent silence of people who are just waiting for the ordeal to be over then the top frag starts being really positive, even though he's sort of being let down by the bottom half of the table. Next thing I know it get's to 10-5 and he's STILL being super positive. Queue an ace and an obscene 4k mo-down by the bottom frag and us winning 16-12. Positivity is the best way to get better mid-game. You can't practice, you can't play a warm up so you just have to make everyone around you feel more inclined to listen to the calls by winning them over.

Here's the problem I personally have with Russians: They only speak Russian (I speak Latvian, English, Russian and a bit of Chinese), they use voice chat only to curse, not to communicate or callout things, they get mad at you because you don't go where they tell you to. But that's just for me :D

The other day a friend and I were partied up and playing MM, and we were in a team with 3 random people on Cache. We fucked up the first 7 rounds on T side, and the 3 randoms were at eachother's throats (my friend and I just ignored it), but then some amazing shit happened. One of the random people decided to quit bitching and got us all to get along just to see what we could do. Long story short, we ended up winning the game pretty close (i think the score was 16-12). Moral of the story is: quit bitching and get along. (for context, the ranks were MGE and DMG)

People say that the EU scene is much more toxic because in the Us there is like 2 languages spanish and english (some of the most spoken) in Europe there is a different language every country and there are A LOT of countrys, and I am not even counting Dialects.

To be fair 90% of the community is toxic. Even if you try and encourage players that are playing bad they did good in a round. There will always be that one toxic person to put them down and cause fighting and negativity among the team. Don't see why people are so arsed about ranks too. It's a game, People need to grow up.

I've messed around on EU servers using a VPN and I've gotta say, EU players are so much nicer and easier to communicate with than NA players. I got a lobby full of Swedes once, nicest people I've met on the internet.

The CS:GO community is so toxic no matter what game mode or area. I was on a surf server yesterday and two people just wouldn't stop roasting each other for about an hour straight, even though there is no competition or purpose to it other than to chill and fuck about. Gaming really isn't friendly, even in the casual scene, never mind competitive...

Just had a game like this. Was playing @ LE level and told my team someone on the other team was global; and then someone proceeds to cry and be toxic to me for no reason. Solo queueing is awful, totally ruins my mood for the day.

one time there is a troller in my team, i told him i will give him my 2nd account and then he play serious but then when he add me i block him and we win the game.
