As someone whose played on all the servers, imho it's because NA is less structured & the meta is more carry centered. EUW holds my highest rating as an ADC player and that's primarily because, of all the servers, the team compositions are much more balanced as far as tank / bruiser players in my experience. It's actually really easy to climb on Korea with early game focused champs like Nidalee and Shaco & because the server is absolutely obsessed with lane phase and vision for fast games. EUW is a lot more teamfight / vision oriented, slower games. NA is a lot more jungle centric hence NA Baron throws 24/7. I will say though that Korea and China are far more aggressive & disciplined in their playstyles at higher levels, whereas NA is like an uncalculated aggression lately adopting EUW's prior slow pace that KR started teaching back in 2013/2014, and EUW adopting more aggression / precision on par with modern day LCK teams.

It's because there's such a large culture around individualism in NA compared to being a collective in non-NA places. Thus, stats and highlight reels are nice and fun, but don't necessarily mean winning the game, vs just Looking good. Let's not forget that "tryharding" has been an "insult" in NA in so many areas. "Not that serious" is a culture here in America. That's why a lot of korean imports come to America to retire lol

I've been saying the same thing for years. I STILL feel bad for Spica because he's the only NA pro player who had the balls to try to make a big play at Worlds, and the rest of TSM couldn't even be bothered to follow him up.
