INGREDIENTS:
flour 550 gr.
butter 100 gr.
egg 1 pc. + a pinch of salt.
milk 80 ml.
sugar 200 gr.
vanilla sugar 20 gr.
baking powder 10 gr.
for lubrication egg 1 pc.
We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees 10 - 13 minutes. or at a temperature of 180 degrees 15 min. middle level, top-down mode.
