Which ones outer build quality is better? I heard that dzire is much lighter so not stable at high speeds. Also explain about tyres type and size. Ground clearance too. I am going to choose between dzire petrol zxi+ auto transmission and new xcent auto gear shift 4 speed petrol. One more confusion is auto gear shift affects the car mileage in city and highway. Will mileage gets reduced using auto transmission?

Thanks for your prompt reply... One more query.. I m from Delhi and I have a budget of around 7.10 lacs... Have three options in the price 1.Tigor XZ(o) 2. Dzire VX 3. Xcent SX(after current discounts of around Rs.35000). I want to keep the car exactly for 7 years till my EMI is done, after which i will sell it. I need a VFM Car with good resale value. Please suggest, as your final word will be my Car to be purchased.

Rahul Jain Between these 2 though xcent offers more features, I feel dzire can be the better buy because its handling and steering feedback is better so more fun to drive and it gets few features like ebd,brake assist and speed sensing door lock which add to the safety and convenience, else xcent offers more features. After 7 years definately dzire wilk fetch you better resale value as the resal of previous dzire was better than xcent(though xcent was the better car)

I m just suggesting you. After all it's your decision

Dear Sir, I want to purchase new dzire, but I live in rural area at Himachal Pradesh there are roads are not well like plain areas, ground clearance of new dzire is 163 mm which is less 7 mm from its previous swift dzire. Please suggest me that it is new dzire is suitable for roads of hilly areas or not because tata manza is touch on worse road even its ground clearance is 165 mm.

There will be no difference in the ground clearance. The norms to measure ground clearance has changed. Hence, it has reduced and will happen for all new cars. So, there is absolutely no difference. And to be honest, 7mm is less than 1 cm, which is basically nothing

Sir at how much speed the steering of dzire 2017 started feeling light and vague?? If its at more than 90 to 100 kmpl then there should be no problem of steering vagueness in city driving as in city the car couldn't cruise upto that much speed. i booked dzire vxi manual.
