Preetha I went across the same thing at work. Though it was not a sexual harassment, it was more of suppressing a women's growth. I fought a lot and went through a lot of mental harassment but I couldn't complain coz the VP himself was supporting the manager. HR was their person. So no use. I changed my team and moved totally to a different domain under a different management. By God's grace I got an opportunity to move to USA last year. I am proud of myself that I was able to defend them through my bold decisions.
