NA6 Miata gsxr itb track

I'm just taking my son for a ride in my miata at I29 speedway. It's private testing. I'm just driving the car around the track for fun.
I29 speedway is 2.3 miles
the corners are intensively fun and the straightaway is a veryong stretch. If your car has some HP and torque, it's not bad. If you're racing the track with a under powered car, that long straightaway will eat you alive.
My NA6 miata engine is completely stock with a megasquirt standalone, gsxr750 itb, cobalt headers, racing beat full exhaust system, vmaxx coilovers, hawk hp plus brake pads, steel braided brake lines & BFgoodrich g-force rival s 1.5 tires.

What color is your Valve cover? Is it powder coated or is that paint?

@@of_lion22 , it's a gold color. Powder coated. It was done by Charlie moua (facebook). He also goes by doryoku

Excellent setup! Does the ITB setup give a power bump? The 1.6 is a pretty free revving engine so I assume so.

@VictorPitstop It gave me a little bump in torque over the intake manifold. HP stayed the same. Just make sure you pick the correct size for your setup. The 4age silvertop 20v itb (43mm) gave me a drop in hp and torque. Right now, my itb size is 40mm. I should have gone with 38mm with my stock setup
