Clearly she did not know which apartment she guessed at the apartment number. First she said I’m not sure and then she rattled off an apartment number and disappeared. She said there was loud arguing, however, the police did not hear any loud arguing coming from that apartment so, why were they so ready to take someone’s life. The officer should have used verbal command to put weapon down and explain why he was at the apartment. He saw a black man with a gun and immediately shot to kill.

If I’m a cop and I identify myself and the person opens the door with a gun in their hand I have to assume the person is intending to use it.
