Easy and Quick Crab Recipe
Ingedients Required
*Cleaned Crab
*Onions sliced
*Ginger, garlic sliced(paste)
*Curry leaf
*Tomato
*Chilly powder
*Turmeric powder
*Coriander Powder
*Garam Masala
*Salt
*Coconut Oil
*Coconut milk
Method of Preparation
First take a mud pot... Then add some oil to it... Add the sliced Onions, ginger, garlic and saute well. Add little Curry leaf... Saute until Onion turns brown shade... Then add one sliced tomato to it... Saute well... Once done.. Add the above mentioned powders and mix well... Add some water to the mix and add the Crab also for cooking... Cover and cook for 6-7 min.. Then finally add Coconut milk and again cook for 5 min... Our Delicious Crab Curry is ready... Serve it with Rice or Chappathi... Enjoy
