Hey atasi! Hope ur doing well :) I've been a acne victim, struggler n trust me she's not exaggerating or being insecure about food... Certain food can make u break out very badly.. sugar, maida, bread, oil n what not!😅 N it's a nightmare for ppl wid acne to deal with it.. As she said, even when we eat something, we end up checking our face the next day to see if there's a breakout.. It might sound that we are insecure and crazy, but, unfortunately we have no other option other than being strict about our diet!
