Hnd ka nag iisa na nangungulila sa anak. 3YRS na gang ngaun miss na miss q na anak q. Same plan sa anak na magkapamilya xa, at sa kanya ang bahay na pinundar q. Pero wla na xa.

You need to seek counseling. There are 4-stages of grief: 1. Denial, 2. Blaming yourself 3. Feeling of loss. But in time you will overcome everything then 4. Realization. The sorrow and loneliness of losing love one’s still there but the feeling of “getting used to it” or in Tagalog are nasanay ka na or manhid. I think you need to talk to Psychiatrist--there are medications that can help you feel better so you won’t go into deep depression, then weekly to 2x/week counseling to Clinical Psychologist for counseling will heal or recover you fast. Good luck, I’ll pray for your daughter’s soul and also to you and to your family. Just be strong. Just think that there’s another star up to heaven watching you, and if you are missing her at night just look up to heaven and see the brightest star--that’s your daughter. ❤🌹
