You are doing exercise that's very good.. With that you can do one more thing which is just skipping dinner or don't eat after 6pm, during day time eat as usual no need to cut down anything. Im also doing the same and i have lost kilos... Tried and tested.👍 Thank me later😛

Sister try to avoid sugar and non veg n don't eat outside cook fresh n eat it try this for 6 months at least.....i hv lost 15kg in 4 months no diest no excercise just had no sugar n left non veg n less salt consumption

I’m actually feeling not good after this video. Hey girl/sister friend or whatever…you maybe going through a lot please keep in mind, this is only a phase and the process that will make you stronger for the future endeavours. Please donot hate Kim for all that as such things you have mentioned, after all he is love of your life. You better know about the Korean culture than me as they set high beauty standards. Maybe he have them in him as he brought up with that. I have watched many Korean videos like typical Korean couple, idk about the personal stuff but up to some extent I feel like many Koreans wife go through the same situation that you have right now though they don’t confront these things to their partner as their husband prefer more fitted wive and it’s not healthy if we think in general but on the positive side- stay healthy and fit has a lots of health benefits-physically and mentally. Shaadi karo toh pachtaye, na karo toh tab bhi pachtaye. Isiliye karke hi pachtana Bhala😅 If you are looking for a diet advice you’ll find bunch of them over the Internet. Go for green veggies 🥬 diet. Better than starving yourself. Sending you peace of mind 🌸🫶🏻
