You can use the allowances however you want, except some allowances that require you to show some kind of proof such as children's education allowance, etc.

No home posting in NABARD. Only other than Home posting. You can come deputation in MH for 5 years but is later after 7-10 years. You can opt for MP or GJ for initial years

Sir in SBI PO, NPS as well as EPF both benefit are there. But in Rbi Sebi etc there is only NPS. Sir please clear this doubt Won't this is more beneficial in SBI?

Yes it is more beneficial in sbi in terms of PF. In all other aspect though, working in sbi is a great disadvantage w.r.to any regulatory body.

You can also cut from salary and invest in pf. Same thing sbi is doing. I think in pf sbi doesn't pay anything unlike nps
