Quite nostalgic, as someone who has spent some part of his childhood in pasighat, this video means a lot, in fact I started my schooling from pasighat lal bahadur shastri school. The year was 1983 I guess. For us pasighat is not a place, it's an emotion.

You can get bus service from Guwahati or else train up to Murkongselek then taxi. You can also take train up to Dibrugarh and then 3 hours journey by bus. You must issue inner line permit before entering Arunachal Pradesh (available online and offline)

Sure brother Nowadays it is very easy to reach Pasighat by flight, train or bus. You can take direct bus service from Guwahati or else from Dibrugarh. Train service is also available up to nearest railway station - Murkongselek (Jonai).
