Kaizer Chiefs need to know what style of play they want and then get a coach they believe will execute if Nabi is not the right one. Then have a recruitment plan of about 4 to 6 Windows where they rebuild the team to have the right personnel to play the way they want it to play. They also need to be able to stand by the coach even when they hit the valley.

I think Coach Nabi is fine. The issue at Chiefs is the material. Most of the players at Chiefs are average. I think a big Exodus is due. We need to offload Chivaviro, Kwinika, Khune, Sam, Mmodi, Saile, Dove, Matlou and Mdantsane. The only positions that are fine at Chiefs is RB, CB and CDM. Chiefs' biggest problem is upfront. The team concedes so much, because they create chances then lose the ball when the team is not organised since Chiefs has no sense of rest defense or a high press. Converting chances will assist with conceding, because they are always hit on transition.
