@@daneenaish3211 I put few slices of pineapple, a kiwi and a plum with a few figs. I don’t know if some of these off-season fruits will be available in Pakistan (assuming you live in Pakistan). I live in the US so these fruits are easily available. Also, if you could find Pu’er tea. My Chinese friends suggested that. It boosts your metabolism pretty well. That is why they eat rice every day with every meal, but still stay pretty thin. If you can’t find Pu ‘er tea, you should be able to find Soba tea (Japanese buckwheat tea) that is available in Pakistan. Very good for controlling your insulin spikes and boosting metabolism! Also, taking diluted apple cider vinegar in the morning, before breakfast, helps too.
