Extremely honest woman she is. I hope and pray that many will come across this vlog and tap into her knowledge and understanding about how to come off alcoholism.

Ann Mathu never ceases to amaze me and many of us with her amazing capacity, determination and passion to help others in their addiction recovery journey. As always she delivers her real life story so well with such humility and lot's of humor, I find myself laughing with her as she re-lives the experience that she now uses to help other people. Bless you Ann Mathu, you have no idea how many people you have helped in your life so far, whether through such videos, events or personally one on one. Thank you! We wish you all the very best and yes, great to see you where you will add value in big way!! Kenya has a massive issue that if not addressed with the urgency ans seriousness it deserves will see us lose many people, children, fathers, mothers to addiction, especially alcohol. If only we could see and hear more from government on this subject of addiction regularly......

Even though this story is serious the lady is so funny. I am laughing at how she talked about one animal for a whole week. Sometimes you just have to see the humour even in tragic circumstances. Even the wedding omg lol! Being an addict is so tragic.

This thing is real there's aka place i wunt mention the name but hukua hurligham, hapo watu huanza 7 am drinks na sio watu hivi hivi , ni doctor's , banker's, yaani top job officials, and most of them will forget that wanaingia duty so ka drink katakua katamu walewe n they even blak out coz hawajalala even previous night so instead of eating well n sleeping at home, they continue, ni sad but its happening, we'll personally i also drink but every day i just can't 😮 also mtu ukijua wewe ni drinker please let someone make a habit of eating very well and having a good good sleep, i really fear to not sleep eat n sleep well, yaani mimi napenda ata after drinking nilale like 2 day's, niku rest na kukula na kupata a good sleep however wenye tulikua nao thy will be somewhere still wakikunywa 😮😮😮😮😮 ata nawauliza hio nguvu wanatoa wapi.... Well anyway like she said alcoholism huletwa na various things, i really don't blame those who find themselves deeply in it 😢 and she is a wonderful lady very authentic akue na channel yake tumsikilizange aki

Thank you Ann and we thank God that you turned your life around and able to talk about your addiction. You are also hilarious, I laughed my head off how you schemed to get married to that Mzungu. Sorry he died before you achieved your goal. You and your brother are something else 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is a story of depression to hope to redemptive...The current drinks in the dens are ruining lives at a hugh speed even before their kins thing about rehabilitation. Rehabs are also expensive..the government should focus on providing affordable rehab facilities across the country to rescue the addicts.

A church which through you out was not a Church of CHRIST. It does not matter if they were ashers, that is how they were taught by the so called FALSE PREACHERS. JESUS CHRIST welcomes the worst, because no human being is righteous. But after accepting JESUS, you change a hundred %.
