From what I've read, she ends up with Nacho in the books because Massimo (other dude) is completely unhinged and Nacho protects her from him. In the movie they left it "open to interpretation" I'm assuming to prevent upsetting fans. To me, I am team Nacho but the ending of the movie honestly seemed more like she ended up with Massimo even though they tried to leave it open ended.
