I’m rotating NAD+ IV infusions and HBOT right now!! Easily 2 of the most powerful healing/restorative tools I’ve ever tried 🙂

Hopefully the IV saline is compounded at a pharmacy and doesn't contain graphene!

I am currently 27/60 sessions of hbot - 1.5 ata 60 minutes per day five days a week. Post brain tumor taken out via craniotomy on August 7 . IV Nad is okay to do with it? Should I avoid taking any other vitamins in that same IV or take that day like b complex , coq10, magnesium ect ?

I love these bite sized pieces of info on mitochondria and energy production. It helps me learn over time with the building blocks. I keep thinking about grounding and other therapies that claim to benefit function because they donate electrons and I’m always trying to understand if those things work and how. I understand it with H2 and it seems like the principle translates across a number of different therapies..

I believe we have a few post surgical videos out. Improved healing and reduced inflammation for sure. Many people report reducing healing time by half in many cases. We also recommend doing 6-10 hours before the procedure and another 10 after to really see major redirection in inflammation and improved heal thing and reduced scaring

@hbotusa why would we be low on NAD unless we're not eating enough? Obviously humans don't need to have IVs to get this nutrient so why are we talking about the need for IV treatment? I understand the need to increase the cytochrome C process, through red light etc as we don't get enough sunlight and certainly not morning and evening light. I can see we could supplement with NMN (which actually increases NAD more than NAD IV) but what are we supplementing for?

One of the few things I would agree about age is that our nad levels seem to fall. ( there are a lot of reasons for that) but one solution to that is a better diet. Or building a stronger digestive system. Another solution can be to supplement with these to build higher nad levels. Thanks for watching

What food gives us these nutrients

All the food we eat to produce cellular energy basically break down into these molecules. That said these ingredients help to add a higher fuel source into your cells.

Of which one specifically? Generally there are not many. Some people are sensitive to the drips and need to go very slow. Some people detox pretty hard from the iv. These are powerful tool but they are also very safe and have little risk or downside
