Nada Surf has been with me all along this ever winding road from adolescence to fatherhood. Through joys and heart breaks. This band still somehow finds a way to make me feel like that young man just trying to find his way and really I still am still trying to find my way. This song reminds me to slow down and enjoy these fleeting blessings all around me sometimes the journey is the destination.

i imagine a lot of people my age first heard of nada surf because of 'popular' being on mtv. and i loved the rest of the album so much i followed them and still follow them. they have been consistently putting out great records the entire time. incredible band.

Been listening to them since 1996. These fellas are now in their late-50s to early-60s and still putting out great songs as most bands their age fade away or revel in the past. Great lyric too, 'Today, I do what's in front of me now!'
