Nada Te Turbe - A Virtual Choir of Carmelites

An official VMG virtual choir, "Nada Te Turbe" is one of two virtual choirs produced for the celebration of St. Teresa of Jesus's 500th birthday. The choir is made up of Carmelite Nuns and Seculars from around the world and is accompanied by the Teresian Orchestra of St. James Cathedral in Seattle, Washington, USA. Music composed by Claire Sokol, OCD.

I am proud of this virtual creation by our Carmelite nuns. In the beginning God said: "Let there be Light". Five hundred years ago our Holy Mother St. Teresa said: "Let nothing may disturb you". Yes, let us always walk in the light.

Simplemente Hermoso, no debería perderse este tipo de música sacra, por la modernidad y los "signos de los tiempos", lo hermoso como valor, nunca se devalúa y jamas pierde su mensaje vigente y actual , este tipo de emociones que se transmiten, realmente mueven las fibras mas hondas, incluso si no eres religioso, y bueno a mis queridas carmelitas descalzas, ojala sigan haciendo este tipo de alabanzas y música, y también para expresarles mi humilde opinión , que no abandonen su hermoso habito original, que es el mas hermoso de todas la ordenes religiosas, a lo mejor es difícil llevarlo , pero que no pierda ese encanto y el respeto que genera vestir el habito tradicional. , el nuevo simplemente se ve como un uniforme mas...y aunque el habito no hace a la monja, si le ayuda. FELICIDADES HERMANAS Y MADRES DEL CARMELO DESCALZO . Felicidades también a todos los realizadores de esta fascinante melodia. Un extraordinario regalo de Fé , que transmite musicalmente el mensaje de Amor hacia Dios, vivido y compartido por la Madre Teresa de Jesús.
